Each piece is created with great attention to detail and craftsmanship. If, for any reason, you wish to return your order, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, free from signs of wear or damage, and returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or an incorrect product has been sent.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the product and its packaging. In such cases, a replacement or full refund will be provided at no additional cost to you.
Exceptions
Returns are not accepted for commissioned artworks, made-to-order pieces or products created according to the customer's specific requirements.
Where approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period following receipt and inspection of the returned item.
